Ricardo has more than 20 years of relevant experience. His areas of expertise include tax consulting, local and international tax advice, tax planning, tax structuring, transfer pricing, business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and representation before tax authorities.

He is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; graduated with honors and was awarded the Gabino Barreda medal. He has a Master's Degree in Taxation and studies in Tax Law, International Tax Law and Finance at IEE, Harvard ITP, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, IBFD and Sheltons Danish Tax Institute.

He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Salamanca, Spain, in the Tax Law program offered in conjunction with the Universidad Panamericana. He is a member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, International Fiscal Association (IFA), member of the Board of Directors of IFA Grupo Mexicano, A.C. and member of the Supervisory Board of Ecovis International.

Arturo Quibrera Saldaña - Mexico: Partner

Arturo has over 25 years of relevant experience. He initially worked for Ruiz Urquiza y Cia. S.C. (Arthur Andersen Mexico) and Coca Cola Export Corporation in the areas of tax and finance respectively. Since 1993 and to date he is a partner in the tax and BPO area of ECOVIS Mexico. His specialties include, elaboration of transfer pricing studies and tax consultant, establishment of advance pricing agreements (APA'S), tax and financial audit, tax compliance and preparation of financial information.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has a master's degree in taxation, and studies in finance, intellectual property, international taxation and transfer pricing at IEE, Harvard ITP, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and the Mexican Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Member of the Mexican Association of Certified Public Accountants and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is also a certified tax accountant by the Mexican tax authorities (SAT) and is certified as a tax specialist by the Mexican Association of Public Accountants.

Kennya has over 14 years of relevant experience. He is currently a Senior Tax Consultant at Ecovis Mexico, having joined our team in 2008. His areas of expertise are tax consulting in local and international taxes, preparation of legal opinions, implementation of tax structures, business restructuring, representation of taxpayers in tax audits and extensive experience in obtaining confirmations of criteria and negotiation of agreements with the Mexican Tax Authorities (SAT) and PRODECON and tax litigation under the means of defense provided in the Mexican Legislation.

She has a law degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de Mexico, with specializations in Tax Law and International Tax Law from the same institution and the Universidad Panamericana, respectively.

He has also taught tax litigation at the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Benjamín has more than 12 years of experience. He is currently a Tax Consultant at Ecovis Mexico, having joined our team in 2009. He is a specialist in tax consulting, tax planning and legal services, issuance of opinions, investment structures and incorporation of entities, branches and tax vehicles, preparation and implementation of legal contracts. He is also involved in legal advice on customs law and corporate matters for local and international companies in Mexico.

He is a graduate of the Universidad Latina, S.C. (1998 to 2003), has a master's degree in legal law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (2006 to 2008), and also has studies in customs law and foreign trade from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónoma de Mexico (May to November 2014).

Javier is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración.

He has more than 18 years of experience in audits of individual and consolidated financial statements in public and private sector companies under IFRS, US GAAP and Mexican FRS.

He has advised companies in the process of convergence from US GAAP from US GAAP, Mexican NIF, Cuban NIF to IFRS, as well as the analysis and implementation of internal control and the preparation and filing of Federal Tax Returns.
